Jerome Frank

Jerry has been in private practice exclusively since 1972 and has represented thousands of business and individual clients. Over the years, he has both obtained judgments against and successfully defended his clients against some of the largest corporations in the world. Matthew Frank

Matt has been in the bankruptcy arena, first as a clerk for his father, and since 2003 as a practicing attorney. His practice includes corporate and personal bankruptcies, resolution of IRS problems, corporate reorganizations (both in and out of court), general representation for financial difficulties and planning, both enforcement and defense of fraudulent conveyance, and preferential transfer actions, as well as all aspects of real estate transactions. Matt is also a licensed real estate broker in Michigan.

Tami Salzbrenner - Associate

Tami began her legal career in 1999 as a legal assistant for a small securities law firm. While working full time, she attended Oakland University to obtain her Paralegal Certificate in 2005. Tami began as a paralegal at Frank & Frank in 2009. She returned to Oakland University in 2011 to obtain her bachelor’s degree and then went on to law school in 2016.

Tami graduated in the top 10 of her class, having served on Law Review and earning several distinguished awards. She remained a full-time paralegal throughout law school, increasing her knowledge of bankruptcy law, as well as civil litigation in the state courts. Tami is a people person at heart and treats all of her clients like family.
